Learn how to make salad dressings from scratch in Mentor
It’s easy to make healthy and tasty salad dressings from scratch, and you can learn how in a class taught by Barb Snow at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 at The Olive and The Grape, 7771 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
The session will showcase four salad dressings made from Balsamic, Champagne, Apple Cider, and Red Wine vinegars and include both taste samplings and recipes. Prepaid reservations at $35 are due by Feb. 21 at the store, opposite the Great Lakes Mall and next to Pier 1, or at bit.ly/2G93b1Z.
