Big health benefits of regular bedtimes
We all know it's important to get enough sleep, but having a regular bedtime is just as critical for your health.
That's according to a new Duke University study of more than 19-hundred older adults.
People with irregular sleep patterns weighed more, and had a higher risk of heart attack or stroke, than those who slept and woke at the same time every day.
Irregular sleepers were also more likely to suffer from depression and stress, which are both tied to heart health.
