Jim Cramer on the Benefits of a United Technologies Breakup

TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer sees benefits to a United Technologies (UTX) breakup and thinks an announcement may come as soon as the company closes on its acquisition of Rockwell Collins (COL) .

On Tuesday, a Jefferies note indicated a breakup may not be necessary.
